Cara M. Gaziano
Cara M. Gaziano is an attorney at Kalcheim Haber, LLC and has been affiliated with the firm since 1997. She has extensive experience representing clients in commercial and civil litigation, family law proceedings and business transactions. Cara is experienced with all aspects of litigation, including preparing and arguing dispositive motions, negotiating settlements, taking and defending depositions and drafting appellate briefs.
Cara graduated cum laude from the George Washington University School of Law. Prior to joining Kalcheim Haber in 1997, she spent four years as a public defender at the Legal Aid Society in Brooklyn, New York. As a public defender, Cara represented clients from arraignment through trial on misdemeanor and felony charges. Her experience included first chairing felony jury trials, representing clients at hearings, drafting and arguing motions on complex evidentiary issues and preparing clients for Grand Jury proceedings.
